ARTIST PROFILE | Rock E Bassoon

Rock E Bassoon is the world’s only electric rock bassoon band. The group is comprised of musicians from the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, faculty of the Butler School of Music and some of Indiana’s finest free-lance professional bassoonists. Rock E Bassoon has performed at Lucas Oil Stadium for an Indianapolis Colts’ game; at Clowes Hall; live on the Bob and Tom Show; on WFYI; and at the Tonic Ball. Members of Rock E Bassoon have performed on stage with such musical acts as The Rolling Stones, The Who, Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles, Dave Brubeck, Liza Minnelli and Yo Yo Ma.

About the Venue
HI-FI Annex is an open-air ALL AGES venue located in the back parking lot of The Murphy Arts Center. The main entrance to the venue is located on St. Patrick Street across from the church. All shows end by 10:00 pm.
